Shipping Origin
All orders are dispatched from our Australian fulfilment centre.
Domestic Orders (Australia)
Retail orders within Australia are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Orders are shipped via our selected courier partners and include tracking unless otherwise stated.
Free standard shipping is available on retail orders over AUD $50, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
This offer applies to retail orders only and is valid for delivery addresses within Australia. Wholesale and international orders are excluded.
Wholesale Orders (Australia & International)
Once shipping details have been confirmed, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within Australia.
For wholesale orders shipped outside of Australia delivery timeframes vary by destination and carrier.

International Orders (Retail & Wholesale)
International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout (if applicable).
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Flow Peppy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Flow Peppy Pty Ltd is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer care team. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and respond to enquiries within two business days.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. Flow Peppy is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be re-sent.
