RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it fits in with our requirements listed below. Please reach out to our customer care team for an exchange, store credit or refund.

Items that have been worn, damaged or marked in any way.
Items without their original tags attached.
All items purchased from our sale section are final sale and we will not be accepting any returns.

Change of mind.
Wrong size.
Items bought within 14 days of delivery.
Defected, We will replace any defective items of course but this does not include general wear and tear. We are confident in our attention to detail, we overlook every item that is created by FLOW PEPPY and will only send you the goods! We keep those good vibes rollin baby!

STORE CREDITS
Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
