I'm Amy, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the founder of FLOW PEPPY. As a passionate pilates instructor, movement is my obsession and helping others enjoy the beauty of pilates. Known for my peppy personality and high energy classes I wanted to infuse these qualities into Flow Peppy and bring my clients a piece of my spirit. Pilates shouldn’t be boring, and choosing your workout gear should be fun and inspiring. My goal is to bring fun into every studio, boosting energy and sparking joy with every step!
