Wholesale pricing is visible once you’re logged into your approved wholesale account and applies automatically at checkout.

All wholesale orders are:

• Priced at agreed wholesale rates
  
• Payable in full at time of order
  
• Processed once payment is received
  

We currently do not offer payment terms unless agreed in writing. For larger or recurring orders, please contact our team to discuss options.

Prices may be updated as our range evolves, however existing wholesale partners will always be notified of any changes.

To keep pricing fair and production efficient, wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order quantity of 10 units.

The MOQ can be made up of any combination of Flow Peppy products, styles, colours, and sizes — allowing you to curate a range that best suits your studio or store.

Placing a wholesale order with Flow Peppy is simple:

1. Log in to your approved wholesale account using the login in the top right corner of the page.
   
2. Browse the wholesale collection (pricing will display automatically) this can be found under the wholesale menu after you log in.
   
3. Add a minimum of 10 units to your cart (any mix of products)
   
4. Checkout as normal — wholesale pricing applies automatically
   

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by shipping updates.

Wholesale orders are packed and dispatched from Australia.

Processing times

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
  
• During busy periods or new releases, dispatch times may be slightly longer
  

Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  
• Delivery timeframes vary based on location and carrier
  
• Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped
  

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we’re unable to redirect orders once dispatched.

Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives with a fault or error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
  
• A brief description of the issue
  
• Clear photos where applicable
  

Approved faults will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.

For hygiene reasons, worn or used socks cannot be returned.
